Recall Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 26, 2026

Recall is a private memory timeline app for saving quick thoughts, photos, voice notes, reminders, tags, and other details you want to find later.

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide the app, back up your memories to your signed-in account, let you search and manage your timeline, and help with support requests.

Cloud Storage And Service Providers

Recall uses Supabase for account authentication, database storage, and file storage. Memories, photos, and voice recordings may be stored in Supabase so they can be backed up and available when you sign in.

Photos, Camera, Microphone, And Notifications

Recall asks for camera, photo library, microphone, and notification permissions only when those features are needed. Photos and voice recordings are saved only when you choose to attach them to a memory. Notifications are used for reminders you create.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your memories are not shared with other users. Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the app, such as Supabase.

Data Controls

You can export memories, sign out, or remove saved data from the Account screen in Recall. You can also contact support for help with privacy or data requests.

Data Retention

We keep your saved memories while your account is active or until you remove them. If you delete saved data in the app, Recall attempts to remove the related memory records and attached files from cloud storage.

Children

Recall is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
